GARY KAHN, CPA,
founded the firm in 1974. Today he proudly serves as managing partner. He received his Master`s degree in taxation from Long Island University. He was a tenured Assistant Professor at William Paterson College for nine years, teaching all aspects of Accounting and Business. Gary specializes in the areas of Business Planning, Merger and Acquisition Consulting, and Business Valuation Services. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst as well as a holder of the AICPA Certificate in Business Valuation.

ENID HOFFMAN, CPA,
joined the firm in 1979. She is a graduate of Queens College and did graduate work in taxation at Pace University. She taught at William Paterson College. Enid is a Certified Valuation Analyst as well as a holder of the AICPA Certificate in Business Valuation. She heads the Taxation, Litigation Support and Business Valuation Departments of the firm.

MICHAEL HOCHMAN, CPA,
who joined the firm in 1983, is a graduate of the University of Florida. He co-directs the Audit Department with specialization in the construction industry, and has extensive experience in financial reporting. He also serves as a consultant in business planning, bank financing, debt restructuring and litigation support areas including class actions and valuations.

RICHARD MCGUINNESS, CPA,
graduated with honors from William Paterson College. Since joining the firm in 1980, he has directed the Small Business Department with specialization in real estate, community associations, construction and related businesses. He has lectured on financial reporting.

WILLIAM P. HUGHES, CPA,
joined the firm in 1998. He is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, New York. William co-directs the Audit Department with specialization in construction, real estate and printing industries. Currently, he serves on the NYSSCPA Construction Contractors Committee.

MARYANN SCHUGMANN, CPA,
joined the firm in 1985. Maryann is a graduate of Hunter College of the City University of NY. Maryann also has her MBA in Professional Accounting from Fordham University. Maryann Schugmann directs both the Trust and Estate Division as well as the individual tax group within the firm.
