Richard McGuinness directs the Small Business Department with specialization in real estate, community associations, construction and related businesses. Many of these clients have been with the firm since its inception and Richard's expertise has enabled them to maintain financial stability during changing financial times.
Small businesses have limited financial resources, yet must comply with the same tax code and regulatory requirements as firms many times their size. This requires the efficient preparation of tax returns and financial documents. These clients are also the ones who require the most personalized service. Richard's knowledge of his clients and their needs ensures the obligations to both government authorities and our clients are fulfilled.
At the other end of the spectrum, Richard is responsible for many of the largest real estate client groups within the firm. These clients receive a full range of accounting and tax services for both the business entities and the individual owners. Richard's expertise in financial reporting and tax planning is key to his success with these clients.
